Vibrant Vine vineyard sale in Kelowna expands to include the winery
Back in 2021, the owners of the Vibrant Vine in East Kelowna put the property up for sale for $6.5 million.
At that time, the listing included only the 11.3 acres of land and not the winery business itself.
The listing has just been expanded to include the Vibrant Vine winery as well for a total cost of $13.5 million.

“I think the whole thing, as an opportunity, just makes more sense – what somebody could create with it all,” Marshall McAnerney, a realtor with HM Commercial Group, told iNFOnews.ca. “It could be so many things. It’s got that big beautiful house but it’s got that business with it. It could be weddings. It could be golf tours, wine tours. I think it just makes sense to have somebody take the whole thing over.”
The original listing was with Gregory Dusik at Coldwell Banker/Jane Hoffman Realty. With the addition of the winery, they’ve brought in HM Commercial with McAnerney and Jeff Hudson who are co-listing the property.
The land was originally bought in 2003 by Wyn and Marion Lewis who converted and expanded the homes on it to create an 8,887 sq. ft. Italian-style villa along with the winery that includes a wine shop, six tasting bars, commercial kitchen, private tasting areas, two lounges, expansive lawns and patio areas, the listing says.
There is a commercial kitchen and dining room seating 300.
“Vibrant Vine stands out from other Okanagan wineries by mixing art and music with their wines to provide all guests with a unique tasting experience,” the listing says. “Grapes for Vibrant Vine are sourced from the eight acres of vineyard owned by the winery and available on-site and an additional 15-plus acres of leased vineyards located in South Okanagan.”
The listing says leases have been secured for an additional 20-30 acres of vineyard in the South Okanagan.
“After several years, Vibrant Vine has reached an inflection point, achieving consistent profitability and demonstrating year-over-year growth,” the listing says. “The Lewis family has created a continuously thriving boutique winery, surpassing approximately 10,000 cases of wine annually for local sales and distribution.”
It says the winery won the title of the Best White Wine in the World at the World Wine Competition in Geneva, Switzerland in 2013 and, “today, the winery is consistently rated #1 in B.C. and #3 in Canada.”
“It’s a beautiful location,” McAnerney said. “It's something special now but I think it could be something more special. There’s so much opportunity in the wine tourism business in the future.”
The property is at 3240 Pooley Road and the listing can be seen here.
