Kelowna luxury real estate firm sold 6 houses in 2 years for $55 million

When it comes to luxury homes, Jane Hoffman Realty is in a class of its own in Kelowna.

Not only does it have a dozen listings priced at more than $6 million but in the last two years it has sold six of those homes for a total of $55.4 million.

It also has the most expensive listing in the country at $45.9 million for Waterside Farm at 12390 Pixton Road in Lake Country. That’s down from the original asking price of $55 million.

The firm most recently sold 4840 Lakeshore Road for $9.75 million in January.

The house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, 7,410 square feet of living space and 153 feet of Okanagan Lake shore. It had been listed for almost $11 million.

The firm also sold 4234 Hobson Rd. for $9 million in September 2022. That’s a six bedroom, seven bathroom, 6,347 square foot waterfront house.

It was listed for sale at $9.9 million.

The other $6 million-plus houses sold by Jane Hoffman in the past two years includes #10 – 180 Sheerwater Crt. that sold for $10.975 million in May 2022.

Three houses in this luxury group sold in 2021. Those were 4800 Lakeshore Dr. for $11.3 million in February, 3960 Todd Rd. (the only non-waterfront property) that fetched $6.5 million in July and 1532 Granite Rd. that was bought for $7.8 million in April 2021.
