Three B.C. women found dead but no foul play suspected in any case

KELOWNA, B.C. - The bodies of three women have been found in separate B.C. jurisdictions, but foul play is not suspected in any of the deaths.

Ridge Meadows RCMP say they have located the partial remains of 44-year-old Anita Young who disappeared in October when police said they were concerned about her mental well-being.

Mounties thanked the local search and rescue team along with citizens for trying to find her.

In Kelowna, a 45-year-old woman has been found dead in her home, but police have not yet released her name.

Mounties say the body of 59-year-old Susan Durham was discovered in her SUV in Williams Lake on Monday, three weeks after she left a Quesnel Hotel without her belongings.

The coroners service is trying to determine the cause of death in each case. (The Canadian Press, CKFR)
