West Kelowna City Hall alternative approval process information at library this week

WEST KELOWNA - The City of West Kelowna is hosting an information booth this Friday at the Westbank Library for people who want more information about the proposed West Kelowna City Hall and alternative approval process that is currently underway.

 

The public is invited to join West Kelowna Council members and staff at:

Westbank Library
Westridge Mall, 2484 Main St.
Friday, April 22
10 a.m. to noon

West Kelowna voters will have their say in an AAP for the borrowing of up to $10.5 million to construct a new City Hall, part of the larger West Kelowna Civic Centre project. Only those opposed to the borrowing of funds for the proposed City Hall must submit forms indicating their opposition. The deadline for submitting forms is 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3. Voters who approve of borrowing funds do not need to submit forms. Forms are available at Municipal Hall, 2760 Cameron Rd., or online at www.westkelowacity.ca. Forms will also be available at the Westbank Library public information event.
