Salmon Arm RCMP seized $4,600 in fake U.S. $100 bills but not before some of them made their way into the community.

They seized the bills yesterday, Dec. 10, from a Salmon Arm home. They also found bills in two other investigation in the area, states an RCMP news release.

All the bills carry the same serial number: LB440087L.

That number has been found on other $100 bills in other provinces.

Anyone finding such bills should call their local RCMP detachment.
