Warrant issued for Okanagan man wanted for assault

VERNON – RCMP are asking the public for help finding an Okanagan man wanted on several warrants.

Steven Ross Sandman, 38, is charged with assault with a weapon, assault, break and enter, mischief, theft and failure to comply with probation order, according to a RCMP media release.

Police say Sandman is a Caucasian man, 6’1 tall, 200 lbs. with blue eyes and brown hair.

Vernon/North Okanagan RCMP are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Steven Sandman to call their local RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 222-8477.
