Vernon radio station rebrands to country

A popular Vernon radio station has been rebranded and will playing country music from now.

IHeartRadio Canada announced Nov. 19 the rebrand of 105.7 Sun FM in Vernon to Pure Country.

The station is now playing the latest hits from today’s biggest country music artists, according to iHeartRadio's press release. 

Featured programming on the station includes Bobby Bones Country Top 30 Countdown, iHeartRadio Pure Country Countdown, hosted by Sophie Moroz and Jeff Hopper, Nothin' but the 90s with Jason McCoy and Saturday Night House Party.  Additional programming details to be announced in the coming weeks.

Pure Country can be heard across Canada via audio live stream online.
