DriveBC reports Highway 1 near Golden is now open.

GOLDEN - DriveBC is reporting that Highway 1 near Golden is now open following an early afternoon crash.
That said, expect major delays due to backed-up congestion.
It took around three hours to clear the crash that happened at 12 p.m. Saturday and closed the Trans-Canada Highway near Golden.
The nature of the crash is unknown. That said a fatal crash occurred earlier in the week on the same highway, east of Revelstoke.
