ROME - Canadian Eugenie Bouchard lost to Barbora Strycova of the Czech Republic 6-1, 6-0 on Thursday in the third round of the Italian Open.
The native of Westmount, Que., saved four break points and had no aces.
Strycova saved seven break points and also had no aces.
Bouchard has a 3-1 career record against Strycova.
