KELOWNA - If summer activities are on your weekend list of things to do, weather won’t be an issue in the Okanagan.

Environment Canada’s forecast for the Okanagan this weekend can be summed up in three words - sunny and warm.

Look for a high of 33 Celsius to start the weekend on Friday, July 13, followed by more sunshine and highs between 28 C and 30 C on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

The start of the work week looks pretty good too, with highs of 32 C on Monday and 34 C on Tuesday.

It will be a bit of scorcher in the Okanagan today with sunshine and a high of around 33 C, compared to the normal highs for this time of year of 27 C.
