PENTICTON - It looks like spring has arrived in Kamloops at a couple of days before the official date.
Environment Canada is offering a simple forecast for Kamloops - sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-teens for the remainder of the week.
Today, March 18, will be sunny with a high of 16 Celsius, followed by a clear night and a low of 0 C.
More sunshine is in store tomorrow through Friday with highs of 17 C tomorrow, 18 C on Wednesday and Thursday, and 16 C on Friday. Overnight lows will remain above zero between tomorrow and Friday.
The weekend is looking just as good, with a mix of sun and cloud Saturday and a high of 17 C, followed by a sunny day on Sunday with a high of 16 C.
Normal temperatures at this time of year in Kamloops are highs of 12 C and lows of 0 C.
Spring officially arrives on Wednesday, March 20.
