Victorian England, a missing child, a lunatic asylum and undead spirits — who could resist?

The TNRD Library System is presenting an evening with author Aislinn Hunter, winner of such prestigious awards as the Ethel Wilson Fiction Prize, at the Kamloops Library on Wednesday, Nov. 9, for a reading and discussion at 7 p.m.

The reading is sponsored by the Canada Council for the Arts for writers and readers alike.

The World Before Us is Aislinn’s most recent success story. The Chicago Tribune describes the writing as “hypnotically beautiful” and The Guardian describes it as “a work of great power.”

This event is free, but seating is limited. Please call the library to reserve your seat at 250.372.5145, email question@tnrd.ca or visit our website.
