A B.C. Wildfire crew is working to put out a small fire burning at Larson Lake, south of Monashee Provincial Park today.

The lightning-caused fire — which was discovered today, June 4 — is located approximately 60 kilometres north of the Needles Ferry terminal and is believed to be around 0.5 in size, according to B.C. Wildfire.

Fire information officer Ashley Davidoff says the fire is not a threat to any community or structures.
