Sierra Wireless to pay US$21 million cash for router maker In-Motion Technology

VANCOUVER - Sierra Wireless (TSX:SW) has a friendly deal to acquire another Vancouver-based telecom tech developer, In Motion Technology Inc., for US$21 million in cash. Sierra Wireless makes a range of machine-to-machine communication equipment that's sold to manufacturers, networks and enterprise customers. In Motion makes a complementary line of rugged mobile routers to be deployed in vehicles.
