Shinedown making Okanagan stop on fall tour

PENTICTON - Rock band Shinedown has a new fall tour with a date at Penticton’s South Okanagan Events Centre.

Shinedown, along with special guests Papa Roach, Asking Alexandria and Savage After Midnight will bring their show to the events centre on Tuesday, Oct. 15., according to a media release.

Shinedown’s crossover hit, “Get Up” has spent several weeks at number one on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Songs Chart. It has become a beacon of light for global fans, offering a universal message of hope, empathy and encouragement, racking up more than 37 million streams.

The band’s latest album, "Attention Attention," simultaneously hit number one on Billboard’s alternative, Top Rock and Hard Rock Albums Charts, debuted top five on the Billboard 200 and spawned the hits, “Monsters,” “Devil,” and “The Human Radio.”
