PENTICTON - Police are saying little about an incident involving a senior injured in a Keremeos care home in November last year.

RCMP spokesperson Const. James Grandy said in a press release that Keremeos police were called to investigate an incident where an 83-year-old patient was injured in a care facility in the community on Nov. 30, 2018.

The woman passed away on Dec. 13, following medical care related to the incident.

Grandy says the police are not releasing any further information about the incident at this time.
