OTTAWA - The Supreme Court of Canada has agreed to hear an appeal in a British Columbia case which briefly overturned the assisted suicide law in 2012.
The court will examine the case of Kay Carter and Gloria Taylor, who succeeded in briefly overturning the law before that decision was reversed last year by the B.C. Court of Appeal.
