FILE PHOTO

KAMLOOPS - The Kamloops Greyhound bus station was evacuated this afternoon as police searched for a suspicious object.

RCMP say they received a report today, March 13, that a man may have a suspicious object in his baggage at the bus depot on Notre Dame Drive in Sahali.

Police evacuated the station while a police dog searched the site, according to an RCMP media release.

Nothing suspicious was found and the bus depot was reopened.
