POLL: Will the state of ICBC and insurance rates influence your vote?

Not long before COVID-19 disrupted everything, ICBC was shaping up to be a key election issue.

Premier John Horgan and Attorney General David Eby have blamed the B.C. Liberals for the state of the insurer, said by Eby to be near insolvency when he took over. In response, the NDP has made numerous changes and some rates have been raised while other drivers, particularly young drivers, have been hit hard.

Meanwhile, B.C. Liberal leader Andrew Wilkinson has vowed in this election campaign to open ICBC up to competition from the private sector.

We heard a lot from readers about these issues at the time but we're wondering if the pandemic has dampened those concerns or is ICBC still a major election issue for you?
