Kelowna RCMP seek information about vandalized YMCA vans

KELOWNA - Police are looking for help figuring out who vandalized some YMCA vans in Kelowna on the weekend.

RCMP say three passenger vans registered to the organization had tires punctured while parked in a lot on the 300 block of Hartman Road near the YMCA. The vandalism was reported just after 9 a.m. this morning, May 29.

“A total of seven tires were punctured and deflated as a result,” Cpl. Jesse O’Donaghey says in a RCMP media release.

The vans vandalized were a white Ford E350, beige Dodge Grand Caravan and white Ford Econoline Series bus.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Kelowna RCMP Const. Bizier at 250-762-3300 or by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
