KAMLOOPS - The Sagebrush Theatre will welcome a world renowned magic dragon this November.

Piff The Magic Dragon, a world famous magician and comedian, is coming to the city on November 8 to showcase his magic skills with his dog, Mr. Piffles. The duo have had their own shows in Las Vegas and London, and entertain global crowds with card tricks, levitation, and comedy. The stop is part of his mostly North American Lucky Dragon tour,  in which they'll visit Regina, Vancouver, and New York City, among other locations.

Piff, real name John van der Put, appeared on Penn and Teller’s television show Fool Us in 2011. His act was well received on the show, and Penn would sometimes dress up as a dragon and pretend to be his father.

He appeared on America’s Got Talent in 2015 but ultimately came short of ventriloquist Paul Zerdin. After leaving the show, he was offered a show at the Flamingo in Las Vegas, where he still performs.

He continued  to be recognized around the world and won multiple awards from British magic societies and was a supporting act for Mumford and Sons.

You can buy tickets to the event on Friday, June 7th starting at 10 a.m.
