Opportunities await at the Volunteer Fair

The City of Kelowna and Kelowna Community Resources will host the 16th annual Okanagan Volunteer Opportunities Fair at the Parkinson Recreation Centre, Saturday, Sept. 7 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This one-stop-shop makes searching for the right volunteer opportunities easy. With more than 80 local, non-profit organizations in attendance, individuals can learn about organizations and how their personal involvement can make a difference in our community.

The Okanagan Volunteer Opportunities Fair is being sponsored by the City of Kelowna, Kelowna Community Resources, Central Okanagan Foundation, United Way, Central Okanagan Foundation, Investors Group, Beyond 50 Magazine and ezRock 101.5 FM.
