The men's curling Olympic gold medallists will be in Kamloops this weekend to take in the Brier.

KAMLOOPS — They just won gold in Sochi and now the Jacobs curling team is heading to Kamloops for the closing weekend of the Tim Hortons Brier.
The 2013 Tim Hortons Brier champion team of Brad Jacobs, Ryan Fry, E.J. Harnden and Ryan Harnden will be at Interior Savings Centre for the final two days of the men's curling championship.
The team will be on hand at the arena for the afternoon draw Saturday and then will be featured in the Up Close and Personal session at the Brier Patch at 5 p.m. They will also sign autographs on the concourse at Interior Savings Centre Saturday at noon and Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
The Jacobs team, out of Sault St. Marie, Ont., won both the Brier and Roar of the Rings last year in addition to claiming the silver medal at the 2013 world championships. They won Olympic gold after defeating Great Britain 9-3.
