One woman is facing multiple charges after Kamloops RCMP responded to reports of a woman screaming for help.

Mounties arrived around 8:35 a.m., Jan. 14, to a lower Sahali address where a woman was heard screaming for someone to call police, according to a Kamloops RCMP news release.

They found a woman with "obvious injuries," police said, and arrested a suspect nearby.
