This is to notify you that the annual general meeting of the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce will be held in Kamloops at the Plaza Hotel at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday March 12 for the following purposes:
To adopt the minutes of the AGM held on March 26, 2014 in Kamloops and from the special general meeting held on Feb. 5, 2015 in Kamloops.
To present and approve the financial statements of the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014.
To appoint the Chamber's 2015 accountant.
To vote on proposed bylaw changes.
To elect the 2015/2016 Board of Directors.

5 p.m. Economic Showcase, Cocktails & Networking
6 p.m. Dinner
6:45 p.m. Annual General Meeting & Board of Directors Election
8 p.m. Keynote Address by Naomi Yamamoto, Minister of State, Tourism and Small Business
The Annual General Meeting is open to the public; however, only members in good standing will be eligible to vote.
