Man makes a point about neighbour's excess noise

KAMLOOPS — Police are looking for a man who allegedly used a weapon to complain about noise from a Columbia St. home.

Monday night around 9:40 p.m. Kamloops RCMP were called to the 700 block to investigate the disturbance, according to Cpl. Wayne Chung. Residents there said a man approached them in their yard. He was upset and complained they were too noisy. They said he pulled a handgun from his waistband before leaving on foot.

The suspect male is described as a white male in his early 20s, tall and thin wearing a black T shirt and jeans.  No shots were fired. Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or having information on this matter is asked to call Kamloops RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
