VERNON — This cat came to the Vernon SPCA as a stray, and staff expect she may have been on her own for a while.

Frost was initially hesitant to accept human interaction, a media release says. However she is slowly learning that humans can be kind and loving.

Once she knows you, Frost turns into a fuzzy ball of purrs and love. She is always seeking attention but quick to tell you if you have pet her in the wrong spot.

Frost would do well in an indoor only home where she can be the only pet

For more information about Frosst contact the staff at the Vernon SPCA. Her animal ID number is 475277.

Visit the shelter's webpage for more information such as location, adoption fees and hours of operation.
