Litterbug vigilante hands out punishment

She's as mad as hell and she's not going to take it anymore.

This Russian is tired of watching people toss litter from car windows.

On her motorcycle, with a video camera on her helmet, she's taking back the streets from the litterbugs.

Plus, the best part, she hands out some punishment.
