Libraries Host Unplug and Play Events

KAMLOOPS - As part of Family Literacy Week and Interior Savings Unplug and Play Week 2017, the North Kamloops and Kamloops libraries will be hosting events to promote and celebrate a healthy balance between technology and unplugged play.

The following adult events will be held at the Kamloops Library:
• Board Game Night: Tuesday, January 24, 7-8:30 p.m. Play your favourite board games at the library. Games will be provided, but feel free to bring your
own! • Yarn & Yap:  ursday, January 26, 10-noon. Do you knit, crochet, do needlepoint or cross stitch? Bring your projects to the library and share patterns and ideas, or simply chat with others who share your interests.
• Bingo:  ursday, January 26, 7-8:30 pm: all supplies provided for a fun night of prizes!
• Both branches will be hosting Seniors’ Teas featuring live local music plus tea and goodies:

Tuesday, January 24 from 2-3:30 p.m. at the North Kamloops Library Saturday, January 28 from 2-3:30 p.m. at the Kamloops Library Registration is required for the Bingo Game Night and both Seniors Teas. Sign up online at www.tnrdlib.ca, by email at questions@tnrd.ca or by calling 250.372.5145.
