Kelowna pub offers free meals for beleaguered health-care workers
Workers at Kelowna General Hospital and the B.C. Cancer Clinic are being offered free meals at the Train Station Pub.
The offer is being made as a way to give back to the health-care workers.
All employees can make a reservation to have the meal of their choice from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 13, but the pub’s Facebook page notes space is limited.
Reservations can be made here.
Others are invited to get involved by stopping by the pub’s to-go stand that day to buy a hot dog, lemonade or beer.
