Kelowna police looking for tablet thief

In a release issued today, March 17, police say a man in a red hat entered the Superstore on Baron Road March 3 just after 10 a.m. He cut a tablet for a display location and left the store, but not before a security camera captured video of his face.

KELOWNA – Police are looking for a man they say stole a tablet from a display at a Kelowna store.

In a media release from Crime Stoppers issued today, March 17, police say a man in a red hat entered the Superstore on Baron Road March 3 just after 10 a.m. He cut a tablet from a display location and left the store, but not before a security camera captured video of his face.

He appears to be a Caucasian man in his late 20s or 30s, wearing a red baseball hat, dark jacket and blue bandana around his neck.
