Kamloops restaurant Brownstone to be featured on Food Network TV show
Downtown Kamloops restaurant Brownstone is slated to feature on the Food Network TV show Big Food Bucket List.
Big Food Bucket List is hosted by Canadian comedian and TV personality John Catucci, who had previously hosted You Gotta Eat Here! for five seasons. Catucci takes viewers across North America to showcase mouth-watering dishes and how the chefs create them.
The upscale downtown destination Brownstone, located at 118 Victoria St., resides in the historic 1904 Canadian Bank of Commerce building, and currently features pan roasted arctic char on the menu along with ginger & sake braised pork.
Brownstone has longstanding partnerships with local food producers, and their menu changes seasonally.
You can catch their episode Feb. 13 at 8 p.m. while you consider your last minute Valentine's Day plans.
