KAMLOOPS - Police will resume their search tomorrow for a body spotted in the Thompson River.
Staff Sgt. Michel Grondin of Kamloops RCMP says just before 10 a.m. canoeists found a body but had to leave it to call police but they lost sight of it.
Grondin says in a release police searched by boat and plane but could not find it.
"Police have now suspended their search with plans to re-initiate an air search once the river conditions have improve," he said.
