Kamloops police investigating shot fired

KAMLOOPS - Police are investigating after a report of a shot fired and evidence the round hit a home on the Tk'emlups Indian Band reserve early this morning.

Kamloops RCMP Sgt. Darren Michels says around 4 a.m. Jan. 2, police were called to a residence on Kamloopa Road. They found a bullet lodged into the side of a residence. 

They are now attempting to locate the person who fired the shot, he says.
