KAMLOOPS - Do you want a chance to meet all the candidates for this year’s local election? This weekend you can.

The Council of Canadians will be hosting the all-candidates forum on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 10 a.m., according to a press release.

Candidates will arrive early to set up and residents will have a chance to meet with candidates face-to-face and receive information on their plans or views for the city.

“We will have some questions pre-written and others gathered from the assembled public,” Anita Strong with the Council of Canadians says in the release. “These will be edited slightly for brevity and clarity and will be assigned to random candidates to answer who will be given one minute to answer or two minutes in the case of mayoral candidates.”

Depending on how many questions are asked, one or several candidates will be given the chance to answer.
