Kamloops Library Hosts ‘Appy Hour’

KAMLOOPS - The TNRD Library System will host a different kind of ‘Appy Hour’ on Tuesdays at the Kamloops Library this year — a fun and informative hour that will explore the newest practical apps for tablets, smartphones and personal computers running Windows 10.

Each week will feature a different topic with a variety of practical and popular apps to learn about. All sessions will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

• Tuesday, February 7: Apps for Windows 10. If you recently bought a new computer with Windows 10 and need help figuring out how to play DVDs or manage your pictures, this session is for you.
• Tuesday, March 7: Apps for Parents. Enjoy an evening at the library without the kids to learn about some excellent apps to help you manage your busy family life.
• Tuesday, April 4: Financial Apps. Manage your daily banking and investments, track your spending, create a budget and more.
