54 of the ski and board industry’s most recognizable brands set up their tents in Big White Ski Resort`s Village Centre for a 2 day (February 11 and 12th), industry only product demo event. Atomic, Elan, Head, Armada, Burton and Salomon were among the vendors who brought along with them the newest models emerging in the market for the 2015 season.
Industry Professionals look forward to this event each year and Big White is proud to host one of the biggest demo events they have had thus far. This two day event is a perfect opportunity for Industry professionals from British Columbia, Alberta and all over the Interior to convene in one central location and demo all the latest and upcoming products available in the ski and snowboard markets.
What can we expect from brands like HEAD for the 2015 season models? “With the growing progression of design found in women’s high performance skis, HEAD has a new woman’s 2014 program from our Tennis division. Made from graphene material these women’s high performance skis can be built to any flexibility needed and are 20-25% lighter than previous models” Andy Martin, BC Sales Representative for HEAD skis, explained.
“This is the 8th year of this event and it is the best attended demo event by retailers and suppliers in Canada. Big White Ski Resort is an awesome host and we love everything about it!” Continued Andy Martin.
With such a successful turnout for this year’s demo event and with so many technological advances in ski and board equipment, Big White Ski Resort is excited to host the vendors and industry professionals again next year. It is always such a joy to see the industry come together to provide knowledge and training opportunities amongst each other.
