IN PHOTOS: The week in Kamloops

Kids Time Childcare helped kick off the Stuff the Cruiser for Christmas Amalgamated Friday morning.

KAMLOOPS - The weather was milder this week, though it was still colder than normal and Mother Nature decided to dump a whole lot of snow on the city Wednesday.

The warmer temperatures led to amazing hoar frost in the higher elevations like Aberdeen while many of the lower roads became a mess. Everything looked pretty again Wednesday after it was all coated in snow again.

The snow also helps with the holiday spirit as Christmas gets closer. Oblix the statue and many city buildings are all decked out and kids are helping with charities and putting on Christmas concerts at school.
