Highway 3 closing at 10 p.m. for avalanche control
Highway 3 will be closed tonight due to avalanche control work.
DriveB.C. reported the road will be shut down in both directions near Kootenay Pass between the West Avalanche Gate and East Avalanche Gate.
The closure begins at 10 p.m. and is expected to last until 12:15 a.m.
