ROCK CREEK - Help is needed locating a woman who has been out of contact with family and friends for nearly two weeks.
Midway RCMP say Colleen Sylvia Smith, 50, was last seen, and heard from, around 9:30 a.m., Feb. 9, and was reported missing after not showing up for work.
The Rock Creek resident is described as Caucasian, 5’5” and 145 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears glasses.
She is believed to be driving her blue 2005 four door Chevrolet Cobalt with B.C. plate number 914 WFB.
Family and friends say it is out of character for her to be out of contact for this long and are concerned for her health and wellbeing.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Smith is urged to contact their local police, the Midway RCMP at 250-449-2244, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
Colleen Sylvia Smith is believed to be travelling in her Chevrolet Cobalt, B.C. plate number 914 WFB.
