TORONTO - A new video was posted today on YouTube showing Toronto Mayor Rob Ford rambling and using a Jamaican swear word.
The anonymous YouTube poster indicates it was filmed Monday, but the mayor's brother denies that.
After watching the video, Doug Ford told reporters it was "obviously" his brother, but it couldn't have been filmed the previous night, both because the mayor looks thinner these days and he spoke to him at 10:30 p.m.
The video of the largely incoherent rant shows the mayor wearing a black suit with a red tie, which he was also seen wearing earlier Monday.
A user of the social media site Instagram posted a photo of the mayor posing with two men and identified the location as a restaurant called Steak Queen in the city's northwest.
Ford has repeatedly said he has not had a drink since November.
