January 23, 2014 - 1:29 PM

EDMONTON - They even tried to take the kitchen sink.

RCMP say the are looking for thieves who broke into an Edmonton-area show home and cleaned the place out.

Police believe the culprits kicked in the back door of the estate home west of the city late last week and then backed a truck into the garage.

They loaded up the fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, living-room furniture and an entire king-size bedroom set with dress and night stands.

A wine fridge and audio equipment were also stolen.

Police say the suspects tried to take the kitchen sink, but couldn't get it out and only made off with half the faucet.

Police put the value of the items stolen at $30,000.
