VERNON - The City of Vernon added a few more staffers to the list of employees earning $75,000 or more.
According to the City's 2018 annual report, 114 staff members were earning $75,000 or more, up from 111 in 2011.
The number has grown dramatically in the last eight years, with 66 staffers making more than $75,000 in 2010.
In total, the City spent $24,139,008 on remuneration in 2018, with $11,839,769 going to those in the $75,000 or more bracket.
Of those who made it on the $75,000 or more list, 45 staff were making more than $100,000 a year, with five making more than $150,000. Only one member of staff, chief administrative officer Will Pearce, was making more than $200,000, with an annual salary of $213,093 in 2018.
Deputy chief administrative officer and director of corporate services Patricia Bridal came in second earning $154,808 followed by community infrastructure and development director Kim Flick at $152,167.
Operation services director Shirley Koenig made $152,091, and human resources director Raeleen Manjak $151,924, with financial services director Debra Law making $126,235.
Fire rescue services fire chief David Lind was at $141,484 and fire captain Darren Cecchini $148,373.
Politicians at the City don't fare as well, with annual salaries increasing Nov. 1, 2018, to $91,338 for the mayor, and $33,795 for councillors.
