PENTICTON - Two Penticton organizations have partnered so residents can pay their respects at a candlelight vigil in honour of those who died in yesterday's shootings.

The Penticton and Wine Country Chamber of Commerce together with the Ooknakane Friendship Centre are holding a candlelight vigil for the victims tomorrow, April 17, in Gyro Park.

Organizers say in a media release the vigil will give residents from Penticton and area an opportunity to come together to show support for the families and friends of those who died.

The vigil, being held at Gyro Park, starts at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, April 17.
