CYPRESS, Calif. - The Latest on a report of a possible threat to a Southern California college (all times local):

?A Southern California college says its campus will reopen after a report of a possible threat to the school was resolved.
Cypress College posted on its Twitter page that classes will begin starting at noon on Monday.
The northern Orange County campus cancelled classes during the morning following a report of possible violence.
Police in the Los Angeles County city of Whittier said relatives of a 24-year-old man who had attended Cypress College reported that he had made an unspecified threat about shooting up a school.
Police say the man was detained for a mental health evaluation and no weapons were found at his home.

A Southern California college says a threat against the campus has been resolved.
A notice posted on the Cypress College website says classes remain cancelled Monday morning and the reopening of the campus is being discussed.
The news came as police in the Los Angeles County city of Whittier said the relatives of a 24-year-old man had reported receiving a text message from him saying he was going to shoot up a school.
Whittier police Officer John Scoggins says the threat was not specific but the last school the man attended was Cypress College, so authorities notified the Orange County campus.
Scoggins says no weapons were found at the man's home in nearby Pico Rivera and he was detained for a mental health evaluation.

A Southern California college has cancelled Monday morning classes for investigation of an unspecified threat.
A notice posted on the Cypress College websites says police received a "credible report of possible violence against the campus."
The college says it's hoped that afternoon and evening classes will be held.
The two-year college in north Orange County enrolls about 15,500 students each semester.
