Bike to Work Week event needs volunteers

The Bike To Work Week steering committee is still looking for volunteers, so if you’re a keen cyclist and want to help build a great community event to get more people riding, then get in touch.

We need all types of  volunteers: from helping on the steering committee once a week for a couple of hours, to sitting on a sub-committee, to working one hour shifts during the event on May 27 to June 2, 2013, WE  NEED YOU!  Please contact James Gordon  if you would like to help.

Volunteers are needed for the following: Helping on the steering committee, sub committees, gathering sponsors, distributing posters, working at celebration stations, advertising, bike maintenance, photographers, prizes, etc.

Volunteering is a rewarding experience.  If you have been participating in the past years, enjoy biking or have spare time and would like to help, we can use you.

Bike to Work Week 2013: May 27 – June 2.
