KELOWNA - Skating season is coming to a close at Stuart Park’s outdoor rink. Rising temperatures and sunny skies in the forecast indicate the outdoor rink could be closing over the next few days. Until then, the rink will be open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., ice maintenance and weather permitting.
“Crews have been doing their best to maintain the ice, but the warm weather makes it a challenge,” said Steve Fagan, Arenas and Stadiums Supervisor.
