  • Stocking Squad Visits Local Businesses

    Operation Stocking Squad is in full force delivering stockings to Penticton businesses.   The LocoLanding Fill a Stocking campaign encourages local businesses to decorate a stocking with their logo and business name. The stockings will be collected along with unwrapped gifts for children ages 1-17 on December 1, at the Toys for Tots to Teens toy drop at Cascades Casinos from 7:00 am – 9:00 am or at Canadian Tire from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
  • West Kelowna City Council meeting highlights

    Canada 150 Flags Presentation
    Central Okanagan-Similkameen-Nicola MP Dan Albas presented flags to be flown at city facilities in recognition of Canada’s 150th anniversary of confederation, which will be officially celebrated July 1, 2017. City staff has also requested to use the Canada 150 logo for decorative banners on Boucherie Road Wine Trail and Westbank Centre.
