VANCOUVER - Glen Paul says he landed a job as a "fluke" in a copper-gold mine in British Columbia's Interior, but industry experts fear the demand for skilled labour in the next decade could mean a shortage of 100,000 employees across the country as mines rev up production and older workers retire.
