Wine of the Week: Bizou + Yukon Savvy Gris
Okanagan Crush Pad in Summerland creates four different labels: Haywire, Narrative, Free Form, and Bizou + Yukon. Bizou + Yukon is named for the winery’s two beautiful Great Pyrenees. These beloved dogs have retired after a long career of guarding the property and their humans and winery owners Christine Coletta and Steve Lornie decided to pay tribute to them by creating a label in their names. The line has a white and red blend, a rosé, a sparkling wine, and also wine offered in 1.5 litre pouches.

2019 Bizou + Yukon Savvy Gris
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris makes for a wonderful summer wine and the perfect hostess gift for your dog loving friends.
Tasting notes: Gooseberry hints up front, it starts out pretty classic Sauvignon Blanc, easy on the palate with some serious fruit intensity and mouthfeel, tropical fruit, grapefruit citrus with juicy acidity and a zesty close. A very refreshing drop.
